Appointment Request

Requesting a service appointment is as easy as picking up the phone, 262-697-1700 and ask for the service department or completing the fields below. One of our service advisors will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the date, time and requested service you may need as well as schedule a rental or tow. Also, be sure to let us know ahead if you will need a ride after you drop your car off.

And remember, we do have an ‘After Hours’ drop box so you can drop your vehicle off 24/7. Just park your car right in the first available parking spots, take your personal belongings and be sure to lock your vehicle. Then proceed to the Key drop box located at the entrance of the building and complete the form, drop your keys in the envelope and place it in the drop box. Make sure you keep any keys you may need during the day. We’ll do the rest!
